We are located in Newtown, in Southeastern Pennsylvania, at 107 Twining Bridge Road (see below for detailed directions or Click Here to view a map). Look for the green sign at the end of our lane that says "Aark". Come down the lane (slowly, please) -- the office is the building to the left at the top of the drive.

Please note that we are a private facility, and as such, are closed to the public with the exception of those who are bringing wildlife to us for care. The one exception is our Annual Open House. Otherwise our facility is off-limits to the public -- for your safety as well as the well-being and safety of our patients.

From I95 -

Take 95 to the Newtown/Yardley exit and head towards Newtown on Route 332. Follow the 4 lane bypass (which becomes Route 413 North) to the 10th light. Go straight at this light (413 bears to the right at this light). The entrance to Tyler State Park will be on your left at this light. Continue on (the road becomes Swamp Road at this point), Bucks County Community College will be on the left. Pass both entrances to the College and continue on to the top of the next hill. Twining Bridge Road will be on the right. Turn right and the Aark is about 1/2 mile on the right.

From Route 1 -

Take 413 North. Go through Langhorne past St. Mary’s Hospital on the right. Next you will see the George School on your left. At the light at the George School make a left onto the 413 by-pass. At the third light Tyler State Park will be on the left. Go straight through this light, Bucks County Community College will be on your left. Pass both entrances to the College and continue on to the top of the next hill. Twining Bridge Road will be on the right. Turn right and the Aark is about 1/2 mile on the right.

From the PA Turnpike -

Take Willow Grove exit onto 611 North. Follow 611 North to Almshouse Road. Make a right onto Almshouse Road. Make left onto 413 North Bypass. Go through one traffic light, follow straight onto Swamp Road. Bucks County Community College will be on the left. Pass both entrances to the College and continue on to the top of the next hill. Twining Bridge Road will be on the right. Turn right and the Aark is about 1/2 mile on the right.

From Quakertown and North -

Take 309 South to 313 South to 202 North (to Buckingham) to 413 South. Make a right on 413 south and our road is about 7 miles down on the right. We are the first driveway on the left on Twining Bridge Road, about 1/2 mile on the left.
